Conscious Consumerism

How You Can Be A Conscious Consumer

Please help us honor our planet as a conscious consumer by being mindful that all of our products are printed on demand. In other words, Cosmic Collage does not keep an inventory of our products, instead, they are each made to order.

For this reason, we ask that you please help us eliminate wasteful consumerism by not intentionally ordering surplus items that you don’t intend to love and keep or give to someone you love.

Our Conscious Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee

We put a lot of love and care into designing quality products which is why most of our customers keep coming back! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason (aside from purposefully buying undesired surplus product), please contact us so we can correct any issues or make other improvements.

Changes & Cancellations

Changing Your Order 

We all change our mind, we get it. Unfortunately, changes to existing orders are not possible as a print on demand shop, only cancellations (please see details below).

Cancelling Your Order

To cancel your order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed by sending an email with your order number to contact.cosmiccollage@gmail.com or via our contact page. Even then, we will do our best to cancel, but it may not be possible. Once production begins we can no longer cancel the order because our fulfillment is an automated process with third party partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning Your Order

If you would like to return any item from our store, please begin your return by emailing contact.cosmiccollage@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return, including a photo if possible (especially if the product is damaged or different than as advertised here).

We will contact you with further determinations regarding return eligibility and return instructions via email within a few business days.

Determining Your Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.

Exchanges

All of our items are made to order meaning we do not keep an inventory of products. Because of this we do not offer any outright exchanges.

Refunds

Refunding Your Order

Refunds are only accepted in the event that your item(s) do not reflect what has been advertised here on this website, there has been significant damage to your item, or if we have made an error in the packaging or shipment of your item.

Refunds are NOT accepted in the event that USPS or any other postal service loses or damages your item. 

Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items cannot be returned if they are used. 

If you are truly unhappy with your item, a store credit, exchange, or gift certificate may be offered.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact.cosmiccollage@gmail.com or via our contact page.

Shipping & Tracking

Tracking your order

You will get an email containing your order's tracking code once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame 2-4 days, please contact us for a status update regarding your order.

Average Shipping Time

All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every product available. This helps us to reduce waste, but adds a little time for product fulfillment after each order. Typically it will take about 2 business days for orders to be created before leaving our production facilities. Within the continental United States of America, you can expect about 10 days to receive your order, but if you need your purchases for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.

Shipping to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take an additional 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Internationally

We ship to most countries, however, additional shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you are located outside of the United States you may incur a foreign transaction fee on your credit card statement if your financial institution charges such a fee. In addition, you may incur delays and customs tariffs or import taxes to be paid by you upon delivery if your country charges such taxes.
